Submitting a request does not guarantee\r\n        availability, approval, pricing, date holds, or facility access.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        We may request additional details before approval, including layout, attendance,\r\n        parking plan, security plan, vendors, insurance, supervision plan, setup needs,\r\n        cleanup plan, and event purpose.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Approved events may require a separate written agreement, deposit, payment terms,\r\n        setup and cleanup windows, insurance documentation, signed waivers, and compliance\r\n        with safety, noise, traffic, parking, and neighborhood limitations.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"card\">\r\n      <div class=\"pill\">Security &amp; Safety Requirements<\/div>\r\n      <p>\r\n        We may maintain security features appropriate to the site, including fencing,\r\n        cameras, lighting, access controls, and staff oversight. These measures do not\r\n        guarantee safety or prevent all incidents.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        For larger events, customer-provided security may be recommended or required.\r\n        Requirements may include security staffing, traffic control, parking attendants,\r\n        crowd management, emergency access planning, and other measures based on event size,\r\n        activity type, timing, and location.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"card\">\r\n      <div class=\"pill\">Parking, Neighborhood Respect &amp; Towing<\/div>\r\n      <p>\r\n        The Activity Center is located in a community neighborhood. Event organizers and visitors\r\n        must respect surrounding homes, businesses, roads, and private property.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        No street parking is allowed for Activity Center events unless specifically authorized.\r\n        Vehicles parked improperly, blocking access, or violating posted rules may be towed\r\n        at the owner\u2019s expense.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Event organizers are responsible for communicating parking instructions and ensuring\r\n        attendees, vendors, and participants follow all parking and traffic rules.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"card\">\r\n      <div class=\"pill\">Assumption of Risk<\/div>\r\n      <p>\r\n        By entering or using the property, including for events, activities, tours, recreation,\r\n        setup, cleanup, or vendor work, you acknowledge that all activities involve inherent risks.\r\n        These risks may include slips, trips, falls, weather, uneven surfaces, equipment,\r\n        recreational activity, crowd activity, construction or restoration areas, and actions\r\n        of other guests or participants.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your party, including minors.\r\n        You agree to follow posted rules, avoid restricted areas, supervise children appropriately,\r\n        and act responsibly.
