Private Property

Venue Access & Property Rights

Sparks Lake Activity Center and related Sparks-operated properties are privately owned and operated facilities.

Entry onto the property is permitted only for approved events, authorized visits, scheduled activities, or approved operational purposes.

Access to one Sparks-operated property does not automatically include access to all Sparks-owned properties, lake areas, resort facilities, cabins, restricted operational zones, or private infrastructure.

SLACNAC uses secure third-party payment systems powered by Stripe for registrations, venue deposits, sponsorships, tickets, donations, and event-related purchases.

Secure Payment Processing Payment information is encrypted and processed using secure third-party systems. Sensitive financial information is not intentionally stored directly on SLACNAC servers.

Conceptual Images

Renderings, Walking Tours & Future Features

Images, sponsorship previews, virtual walking tours, event concepts, maps, wedding scenes, venue renderings, outdoor recreation visuals, and promotional graphics may include conceptual elements.

Final construction, landscaping, layouts, attractions, signage, amenities, or future additions may differ from illustrations shown online.

Some amenities, attractions, event spaces, and future venue experiences displayed online may still be under development or not yet active.

Availability
