Private Property Notice

Sparks Lake Activity Center is a privately owned and operated facility. It is not a city, county, state, school district, or public venue. Entry onto the property is conditional upon acceptance of this waiver.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that activities conducted at the Sparks Lake Activity Center may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, sporting events, crowds, weather conditions, equipment use, uneven surfaces, and interactions with other participants.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation or attendance, whether known or unknown, and accept full responsibility for my own safety and conduct.

Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sparks Lake Activity Center, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from injury, illness, damage, or loss occurring on the property.

Minors & Youth Activities

For participants under the age of 18, this waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. The signing adult accepts responsibility for supervision and conduct of the minor while on the property.

Security & Event Conditions

I understand that Sparks Lake Activity Center provides basic security features such as fencing and cameras. Additional security may be required for larger events and may be mandated at the discretion of the facility.

Parking & Neighborhood Rules

I agree to follow all parking instructions and ensure that guests, attendees, and vendors comply with posted rules.

Acknowledgment

By entering the property or participating in an event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Event Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
