Purpose
This page helps staff process submissions consistently. A form submission is not a booking — it is a lead that must be reviewed, responded to, and tracked.
Golden Rule
No date is reserved until staff confirms availability and the required deposit/approval is completed.
Event Request Form (Top Priority)
Used for rentals, tournaments, weddings, meetings, and gatherings.
Goal response: same day
Status: Lead → Pending → Confirmed
Where it comes from
- Event / facilities pages
- Links from social posts
- “Request Dates” button (public)
What staff does next
- Open the submission (email or Fluent Forms entries)
- Check requested date vs calendar
- Reply with availability + next steps
- Log status: Pending Response / Awaiting Deposit / Scheduled

This request does not reserve the date. Only staff confirmation + deposit/approval locks it in.

Optional
- If they asked for a receipt, provide the official receipt process used by SLAC
- If donor wants to sponsor something specific, route to Sponsorship Leads
Important Rules (Staff Standard)
- No date is held without staff confirmation and required deposit/approval.
- Do not quote final pricing until the event details are confirmed (type, hours, headcount, needs).
- Construction items must be described as in progress; never over-promise.
- Always respond to submissions — even if the answer is “not available.”
- If a submission looks urgent (today/this week), respond first, then log it.
