These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your use of the Activity Center property, including event requests, tours, visits, and participation in activities.
By accessing the website, submitting an event request, visiting the property, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enter the property.

The Activity Center is a privately owned business venture owned and operated by Warren "Ralph" Sparks. It is not a city, county, state, school district, or public venue or event-hosting facility.
Images, renderings, plans, recognition walls, sponsorship previews, and descriptions on this website may be conceptual and are provided for illustration purposes only. They do not guarantee specific features, timelines, availability, placement, or outcomes.
- You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the website with parent/guardian or authorized adult involvement.
- You have the legal authority to submit requests and enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will comply with these Terms and all posted site rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.
We reserve the right to deny access, cancel or decline event requests, or require additional conditions when necessary to protect the property, the neighborhood, visitors, and operations.
Event requests are reviewed case-by-case. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or approval. We may request additional details (layout, attendance, parking plan, security plan, vendors, and insurance) before confirming.
Approved events may require a separate written agreement, deposit, setup/cleanup windows, and compliance with safety, noise, and neighborhood limitations.
We maintain basic security features appropriate to the site (such as fencing and cameras). For larger events, additional customer-provided security is advised and may be required when we determine an event size, activity, or timing is too large for the area.
Security requirements may include staffing, traffic control, parking attendants, and other measures depending on the event.
The Activity Center is located in a community neighborhood. No street parking is allowed for Activity Center events. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Event organizers are responsible for communicating parking instructions and ensuring attendees follow all parking rules.
By entering or using the property (including for events, activities, tours, or recreation), you acknowledge and accept that all activities involve inherent risks. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your party, including minors.
You agree to follow posted rules, respect restricted areas, and supervise children appropriately. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the property.
- Unlawful activity, trespassing into restricted areas, or interference with security measures
- Damage, alteration, or removal of property, signage, fencing, or equipment
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior, including harassment or threatening conduct
- Unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, or filming/recording where restricted
- Attempting unauthorized access to website systems, data, or infrastructure
Violations may result in denial of access, removal from the property, and/or referral to appropriate authorities.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, and branding) is owned by or licensed to the Activity Center and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparks Lake Activity Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, submission of requests, attendance at events, or use of the property.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid directly to the Activity Center for a confirmed event or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Activity Center, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the website, or actions of your attendees, vendors, or participants.
We are committed to resolving concerns informally and amicably whenever possible. If you have a question or dispute regarding use of the website, an event request, attendance at an event, or use of the Sparks Lake Activity Center property, we encourage you to contact us first so we may attempt to resolve the matter.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, use of the website, submission of an event request, attendance at an event, or use of the property shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where small claims court is permitted by law.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only; class actions, collective actions, and representative actions are not permitted.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the website, an event request, attendance at an event, or use of the Sparks Lake Activity Center property shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute is permitted to be heard in court (including small claims court), venue shall lie exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Nacogdoches County, Texas.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, an event request, attendance at an event, or use of the Sparks Lake Activity Center property.
Sparks Lake Activity Center shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, construction delays, restoration-related issues, utility outages, governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other emergencies.
In such cases, event approvals may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or canceled as necessary to protect safety, property, and the surrounding community.
Certain events, activities, or uses of the property may require execution of additional written agreements, waivers, releases, or acknowledgments of risk by event organizers, participants, attendees, or guardians of minors.
By attending or participating in an event at the Sparks Lake Activity Center, you acknowledge that activities may involve inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any minors or guests under your care.
Failure to comply with required waivers or safety conditions may result in denial of entry or removal from the property.
